MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED IN THE ESTIMATED TIME FRAME?

UK orders are all sent via royal mail 1st class and with the majority of orders arriving within 1-2 business days after the date they are dispatched. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days please contact me regarding this issue and I'll do my best to help resolve it.

Internationally:
International orders are sent via royal mail International standard, the estimates royal mail give are often optimistic. For more realistic shipping times please view my shipping and delivery policies here. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding the delivery of your order.

If you need your order sooner we offer delivery upgrades on both UK and international orders at checkout.

MY RING DOSEN'T FIT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please contact us for help with ring sizing.

Stainless steel rings are only available in a limited number of sizes, which are shown in the listings. If you order a stainless steel ring you will likely be able to return it and exchange it for one of the other sizes shown. Please message me for more details on this. 

Silver rings can be resized and are available in many more sizes than steel rings. To arrange for your silver ring to be resized please see our resizing listing.

Unfortunately engraved and personalised rings cannot be resized, returned or refunded in any material, so please double check your ring size is accurate before ordering.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?

We send all our orders in our own custom made gift boxes. We have specifically designed these boxes to be able to be sent as large letters. This reduces unnecessary packaging and minimises our postage costs which makes our products more eco friendly and means we can offer you much more competitive shipping costs. 

If you order multiple items where appropriate they may be packaged together to minimise packaging waste, for example if you buy two pairs of the same earrings they may be placed in 1 larger box rather than 2 small boxes. If you would prefer everything to be packaged individually please contact me before ordering or leave a note in the box at checkout.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. All payments are fully encrypted and secured via PayPal, Apple Pay or Wix payments, depending on the payment method you choose. Transactions in currencies other than GBP (£) may incur additional charges or fees by your card provider.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Standard delivery for UK orders is Royal Mail 1st class, this service only offers delivery confirmation not full tracking. If you choose standard international delivery, orders are sent via Royal Mail international standard, which doesn't offer tracking. We offer delivery upgrades for both international and UK orders so you can add tracking and/or signature to your delivery at checkout. If you have upgraded your shipping to include tracking, you should find a tracking number in the dispatch confirmation email.
