Ring Size Guide:

Finding your perfect ring size can be a confusing process, especially if you’ve never worn rings before or are buying the ring as a gift. The best way to find out your ring size is to go to a jewellers and be measured professionally, however we appreciate this may not always be practical, so alternatively we sell an adjustable ring sizer which you can use to measure your ring size at home.

Things to look out for:

We don’t recommend using any of the print out style ring sizers you can find on the internet. Often printers will automatically resize them or just don’t print them accurately enough to get an accurate measurement. Even a fraction of a mm can make all the difference in finding your accurate ring size.

Temperature and physical activity can effect the size of your fingers, you should measure your ring size at the end of the day when you fingers are at their largest.

Never try to measure your finger or an existing ring using a tape measure or ruler, it’s just not accurate enough.

If you have a ring that fits and want to know what size it is you can often take it to a jewellers to be measured. If you do this and then intend to order a ring of that size please note that not all jewellers measure rings the same way unfortunately. Some jewellers will measure a ring on a ring mandrel to the ‘leading edge’ instead of the centre of the band. While this is slightly easier and works fairly accurately on thin bands, it becomes very inaccurate when it comes to wider rings. The jeweller may refer to the size of that ring as ‘size X edge” for example, this means they have measured to the leading edge instead of the centre of the band. When we make rings they are always measured to the centre of the band regardless of the width of the ring this ensures they are all the same size no matter the width.

When using an adjustable ring sizer, like the one we sell. It is important to ensure you can get the sizer over the joints in your finger. You should be able to take the sizer on and off like you would a ring and try different sizes smaller and larger until you find what’s most comfortable.

Ring resizing guide:

Finding the perfect ring is a tricky process and there’s nothing worse than finally getting the design you love, only to find that it doesn’t fit. If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us. We offer the first resizing of the ring for free, as long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving the ring. We will then send you all the details of how to return the ring for resizing, please do not return the ring without first contacting us. You will have to return the ring at your own expense, this includes for international orders.

If you would like the ring resizing a second time or want it resizing anytime after 30 days of receiving the ring, you will have to pay a small fee to cover the extra time and labour. Your ring can be resized/exchanged for any of the other sizes that are available on that design, please note not all designs are available in every size. If your ring has been engraved by us or a third party it will not be eligible to be resized, exchanged, returned or refunded. Likewise if your ring made by us has been worked on in any capacity by another jeweller or 3rd party it will no longer be eligible to be resized, exchanged, returned or refunded.
