We send all our jewellery via Royal Mail as large letters instead of parcels. We specifically designed our gift boxes to be the exact right thickness to allow us to do this. This allows us to minimise unnecessary postage costs and excess packaging, these savings are passed directly on to you. Allowing us to provide the fastest and most secure delivery service possible, as 99% of our deliveries go straight through our customers letter boxes instead of being left outside or having to be picked up at a depot.

None of our standard shipping services currently include tracking, if you would like to add tracking to your order (both UK or internationally) you can upgrade to a faster shipping method at checkout.
**International orders may be subject to delays and/or customs charges while entering your country. Buyers are responsible for paying any charges and taxes incurred.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
To be eligible for a refund, you must return your item within 30 days of notifying us that you would like a refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please DO NOT send your item back to us without first notifying us that you would like to return your order. We request that you contact us first so that we can provide you with the correct return address.
It is the customers responsibility to pay for the cost of postage when returning or exchanging an item. Any postage costs for returns are not refundable by us. Please obtain proof of postage as evidence that the item was returned and consider using a tracked service for orders with a value over £50. We are not responsible for any return orders that are lost or damaged during shipping.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Each order is meticulously inspected and packed by hand before being sent. However, if the item you receive is faulty or damaged upon delivery please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund.
