This Necklace features a beautifully restored vintage U.S mercury dime made of 90% silver on a diamond cut sterling silver chain and bail. We carefully clean and lightly polish each coin to a bright silver finish. There will be some slight marks on the coin due to decades of use. These add to the character and story of the piece and it would be a shame to remove these from the history of the coin. 

You can also choose to have the coin and chain gold plated in hardened 18ct yellow gold (gold vermeil). We use a thick layer of hardened gold plate for our plating to ensure it will last. It is nickel, lead and cadmium free and therefore is better suited to sensitive skin than cheaper platings which often rely on metals like copper and nickel for undercoatings. 

All our pieces are completely unisex and come beautifully gift wrapped as standard.

Each piece is made to order entirely by hand and therefore no two are exactly a like.
